Most Expensive Car Crash Ever Happens in Japan
The most expensive pile up in history may have occurred over the weekend in Japan. Eight Ferraris, three Mercedes-Benzes, a Lamborghini and two other vehicles were involved in the pile-up in the southern prefecture of Yamaguchi. No one was seriously hurt, but police estimate the damages to be around $3.85 million dollars."A group of cars was doing 140-160km/h (85-100mph)," an unidentified eyewitness told Japanese broadcaster TBS. The convoy of exotic cars were headed to an event when one of the lead cars lost control and hit a guard rail, causing the other vehicles to colide as a result. Some of the super cars are beyond repair, but we're sure these owners may have another one in the garage.
