Judge Tells Terrell Owens His NFL Career is Over
According to TMZ.com, the judge residing over former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens that his career is essentially over. Owens was in a Los Angeles County court to make a request in a reduction of the child support payments for two of the four children he has since he’s currently broke. Owens’ lawyer told the judge that his client isn’t playing for any teams in the NFL currently, so he doesn’t have the funds to pay the child support. The judge then let the heavy hammer of reality drop on T.O.:
“His NFL career seems to be over. I mean no disrespect,” said Judge Marc Marmaro
Owens silently nodded his head in acknowledgement to the judge's revelation. However, the judge gave T.O. somewhat of a break by giving himself some time to decide on whether he should reduce Owens’ child support payments.
